Try to stick to 2600 for the rest of the week. We should be able to get this figured out before you add cardio.

Good progress overall. Bench is a technique issue not strength. Proud that you made that 400 deadlift do easy. I think you had another 15lbs in the tank!!

Deadlift form is really coming around. They all looked strong. Squats are solid too. 1100 won't be long.

This is how it's been looking. There are notes on some of the days. You will also see where I fail at this on weekends. My structure gets off as I want to go out and enjoy things like buffets or drinks.....but at least it's not stopping me from getting back on track that following Monday. Three more days (not countign today) to go. June 22 & 23 will be a big test as I will be away from all of my prepared food and visiting family. Thinking about taking a cooler over my prepared food with me.
