not bad at all. good solid pause at 215 as well. I think next cycle you should try to touch a little lower with the bar on the bench.

NICE! Control the weight on the way down a bit more. Own it. That weight is yours, don't let it dictate to you, you dictate to it. I'm telling you, you can do those weights, you just need to believe it.

Set up is much better, JB is saying touch lower and he's right of course, but it's more about tucking your elbows a bit more and not bailing on the lift too soon and flaring your elbows too soon.

Bring the weight in. Touch and go. Control it all the way. A lot of this is in your mind. I'm telling you, you can do these weights if you push your mind to say you can do these lifts.

Today's Squat session ain't worth me logging my normal way.

Warmup:
Set 1: 2 Reps @ 225#
Set 2: 1 Rep @ 315#

Working: (goal 3 Sets of 2 @ 355#)
Set 1: 1 Rep @ 355# // Bailed on 2nd Rep
Set 2: Bailed in hole of 1st Rep @ 355#
Set 3: Bailed in hole of 1st Rep @ 355#

Bar is getting over the toes and knees pinching in. The misses were form issues, not strength.
