Deadlift: 75x5, 87x5, 100x5
Squat: 42.5 5x10
Shrug: 95x5,10,10 power shrug x5

Deadlifts felt heavier than they should, cant explain it. Have been missing out on carbs lately, must be it. 5 shrugs and a 40second hold at the end of the 100kg set..just for fun.
No straps on the first set of shrugs and clearly my grip held me back because the following 2 sets were easy. Set the bar back on the pins after the 3rd set for 5 power shrugs..much easier than normal shrugs but im not sure i like them.

Big session 12/5! Kudos for getting it all done.

And the deadlifts + squats + shrugs (and power shrugs)... sounds like pain to me, heh.

But good stuff.

Its not so bad, Dray. Its only 1 hard set of deadlifts, and the squats and shrugs are sets of 10, so not actually that heavy.

Press: 33.5kg, 38.5, 43.5 x5
Assisted chins: 10x3
Fat grip Bench: 40kg 5x10
Pulldowns: 1x15, 5x10
Db curl: 10kg 3x10

The numbers on press came out very awkward. With 57.5kg as my "estimated max", 90% is 51.75 and then getting 65, 75 and 85% throws out weights that arent do-able. Do i put on some old collars that weigh about a kilo together and got as close as i could.

Im also about 5kg heavier on the volume bench than i should be. Again..50% of 90% of estimated max would give me about 35kg but instead i went with 40 and it was pretty easy. But im not complaining...i swear.
