Started Boring But Big today.

Deadlift: 75,85,95 x5
Squat: 40kg 5x10
Knee raises: 5x15

Its warmer than usual today and with my knee sleeves on, i was absolutely dripping in sweat. So much so, the knee sleeves were slipping off during the squats. Had to dry off with a towel between sets.

Press & volume bench and chins tomorrow.

Yeah, if i do the BBB challenge, its going to be even harder. 5x10 at 60% in the 2nd cycle and then 70% in the third cycle is going to be tough.

c1w1 Press

Chins: bw x 3,2,2
Press: 32.5, 37.5, 42.5kg x5
Fat grip Bench @50% 1rm: 37.5kg 5x10
Assisted chins: 5x5

Finished with high rep pullaparts, side raises, curls and pushdowns. Sets of 15-20, about 60 reps each. The main work took about 40minutes, the other stuff taking about 15. Since i cant do 5x10 chins, im going to do chins on both upper body days to get to 50+ reps a week.

Thanks fellas

c1w1 skwat day

Squat: 50, 57.5, 65kg x5
Deadlift: 60kg 5x10
Leg curl: 25kg 5x10
knee raises 3x10

I think its probably better that i just stick with the prescribed reps with the 5/3/1 sets. Plus im feeling a bit crap today. Pretty sure its my hayfever coming back for the summer...fantastic.

Leg curls were pretty light, so i kept the rest to 30s, adding in some abs for the sake of balance.

I was thinking earlier, im effectively doing some kind of pulling 4 days a week. If that doesnt make my back huge, nothing will.

"bench day"
Assisted chins 2x5
Close grip Bench: 45, 50, 55kg x5
Fat grip Press: 25kg 5x10
DB row: 20kg 5x10
DB bench: 10kg 2x20
Inverted row: 5x10
Hammer curl: 10kg 3x10

Seems like a lot of volume, but everything was really light. Bench took about 5 minutes, if that, and resting only a minute between press sets meant i flew through that aswell.

Nice easy day with lots of reps.
