Squat: 60kg x22 PB

Press: 45kg x7 PB, 35kg x6

Chins: bw x2, 3kg 10x1

DB row: 20kg 5x10

DB bench: 17.5kg 3x10

BB curl: 27.5kg 10,8,8 PB

More than doubled my previous rep PB with 60kg on squats. Went to 22 to beat a friend who said he got 21 reps with 60kg. 22 aint bad for someone with an 80-85kg max. feelsgoodman

Rack Pull: 110x2, 120x1, 130x1, 110x5
Push Press: 60kg x 0,1 50kg x4
Assisted chinups 5x5
Inverted rows 50 reps


First time squatting "heavy" in a while. Everything felt heavier than it should have. No doubt a sign i should be lifting heavier more often. Wasnt particularly happy with my ability, or lack thereof, to keep my lumbar in proper extension on rack pulls. The weight didnt budge until my back unlocked a little and then it was easy.


Happy with the bench PB, even if the bar path could have been much better. Sort of got stuck around half way and despite always taking what looks to me like an even grip, the right side of the bar is always lower and i cant figure out why.
