Deadlift: 130kg x0, 125kg x0, 100kgx3, 65kg x20

Bench: 80kg x0, 40kg 20,18,12

BB row: 40kg 12,12,12,10,14

Leg curl: 25kg 225

This past week has been terrible. I feel like i need to take maybe a week off just to recharge. Maybe a deload and work back to these weights, but for reps this time.

A deload and and then lighter weight? Not a fan. I would suggest a program that isn't so heavy max focused.

I was going to do a couple of weeks of high rep squats, bench, deadlifts and rows and then jump into 5/3/1 for the rest of the year. Unless you have any other ideas? Im all ears.

PBs on squat, 2 on press and i guess the BB curl is a volume PB aswell.
