Front squat: 55kg 5,5,4 front squat 55kg x5 - YouTube 42.5kg x10
Bench: 75kg x1 75kg bench - YouTube , 55kg 10,8,7
Deadlift: 115kg x2 115kgx2 DL - YouTube , 80kg x10
Hanging leg raises 2x10, knee raises 2x15
Hammer curl: 7.5kg 3x15

Lost count on the 3rd set of front squats, so the "4" isnt a failed set, i would have gotten the 5th. The deadlift double felt pretty good, definitely felt like much better form than the 120x1 from last week. Hips down feels like it gives the hamstrings more work to do. PB on all lifts...cant complain.

No plans as of yet, but if/when i reach maybe 3/4/5 plates on the lifts i'll consider putting my name down. Until then i'll just continue trying to get stronger and hope to stay injury free..thats the biggest thing.

Good looking lifts, brother. On the subject of competing, from what I've gathered, it's never too early and having that deadline is going to take your lifting to a whole other level. Set yourself a date and go for it!
