Squat: 62.5x5, 72.5x3, 80kgx2, 40,50kg x10
Bench: 55x5, 60x3, 67.5x3, 50kg2x10(wide)
Assisted chins: 6x5 neutral, 2x3 wide, 3x3 underhand
BB row: 20kg 100 reps

2nd rep on squats was bad, first felt pretty good. 3rd rep on bench was real bad, first 2 were good. The chins felt pretty good aswell.

Went back out for curls and ended up doing:
Floor press: 20kg 2x50
BB curls: Pyramid 2.5kg jumps from bar to 32.5kg so..11x10..oops
Pullaparts: 4x25

The curls got more cheaty as the sets got heavier.

Deadlift: 90x5, 102x3, 115x3 PB, 70x20 PB?
Press: 40x5, 45x3, 50x4 PB, 30x20 pb?
Shrug: 60,80,100,110x10
Power shrug: 110x5, 120x10, 130x10, 140x10...technically all PBs aswell
BB curl: 25kg 3x12

My left shoulder was hurting a lot during deadlift warmups...yeah..deadlift..go figure. Did some rotator cuff stuff, it didnt help much, if at all so i just pushed on and tried my best to ignore the "discomfort". Ended up squeezing out an extra rep on 115 for a PB.
Press was a PB too, the first 2 reps on 50kg were nothing, 3rd was difficult and the 4th was a long grinder, but i got it and thats what counts.

Power shrugs were new, after a sort of PB on 110 with regular shrugs, i did a few power shrugs. I ended up just adding weight for sets of 10 and ended up at 140kg. On video they looked pretty fast and easy, problem now is i only have about another 5kg i can add to the bar. My traps are still sore as i type this too.

Thanks. They made me hungry for more.

===============================

Front squat: 50x10, 60x10 PB
Fat Press: 30kg 10,10,15
Chins: ~35 reps total
Fat bench: 45kg 10,10,12
Invert row: 5x10
BB curls: 26kg 3x10

The last 2 reps were ugly as sin. I seem to seriously lack the upper back strength necessary to keep my chest up when the weight pulls me forward. My wrists took a beating on the 60kg set above, without my hands on the bar i surely would have lost it forward a few times.

Only decided to do 60kg at the last minute. I had 45kg loaded ready for 3x10 but thought "fuck it, im going for a PB"

Nothing much to comment on the rest of the stuff. Just getting some reps in.
