Great work, Soc. Keep at it, mate. Drinking notwithstanding, heh.

Oh yeah, and I'll be joining you soon on that 5/3/1 path, brother!

Spend most of yesterday afternoon cycling and running. I cramped up trying to put on a sock last night, squatting was the last thing on my mind.

c2w2 24/5/13
Squats: 57.5kg x3, 65kg x3, 72.5kg x5
Bench (cg): 50kgx3, 56kgx3, 62.5kg x6 (failed rep 7)
Deadlift: 62.5kg 3x10
Fat grip Press: 27.5kg 5x10
fat grip Inverted row & 30kg leg curl: 5x10
fat grip Hammer curl: 7.5kg 5x8?

Big session, probably took me a little over 90minutes.

Give you credit for getting out there and making it happen.

That's a lot of solid work for one session, and also good depth there.

And despite all that volume, Dray, i still only had a tiny bit of low back doms the day after.

c2w3:
Deadlift: 87.5x5, 100x3, 110x5 PB
Squat: 45kg 3x10
Shrugs: 102.5kg 3x10 pb
Calf raises: 60kg 3x20
Knee raises: 5x15

Thinking about switching up the routine a bit, still sticking with the 5/3/1 percentages but making it into a FBW 3days a week. Something like squat/bench on monday, deadlift/press on wednesday and then do the volume work or high reps on friday. I would of course still be doing some accessory work on the 5/3/1 days, primarily upper back and arm stuff. The change is mostly because a friend has shown interest in using my gym, and me doing 4 days a week would make things awkward.

c2w3
Press: 40x5, 45x3, 50x3
assisted Chins: 50 reps
Fat grip bench: 40kg 5x10
BB curls: 25kg 3x10

50kgx3 on Press was equaling a rep PB, but this time i did heavier "warm up" sets, so i guess this could be considered a sort of PB. Bench was easy.
Chins break down as follows..bear with me: 3x3 wide overhand, 3x3 narrow overhand, 3x3 wide underhand, 3x3 neutral grip. Thats 12x3, so 36 reps. The other 14 reps were doubles and triples, neutral grip and with fat gripz. All in all, 50 reps in about 18 sets.

Looking forward to my day off tomorrow.
