beginner training log
 
started my log here: jeff's beginner workout (grim83's beginner program) - Bodybuilding.com Forums

decided i'm gonna start posting here too... i'll start off with my goals for the program then post more workouts as they come.

Goals:
Squats: 3x5x165
Deadlift: 3x5x185
Bench: 3x5x145
Press: 3x5x105
Rows: 3x5x115

Workout A 11/25
 
Squat- 3x5x150
Bench- 3x5x120
Rows- 3x5x100
Curls- 2x8x50

I felt a little rushed at the gym so it wasn't the best day... squats up by 5 bench by 5 rows by 5 and curls up by 2.5 for next workout

ha nope it was yesterdays workout just didn't get around to posting it till today. happy thanksgiving everyone

Eat up man, progression is key you got a good starting point. Just eat fairly clean and you'll be huge in no time.
