Default Workout B 12/6/09

Deadlift- 3x5x195 PR
Military Press- 3x5,4,3x110 (reset for next workout)
Pull-ups- 3x4xBW
Dips- 2x10x45

Hit the deadlift PR this week, so psyched.
Military press stalled out so i'm gonna reset it to 90 for next workout
pullups i'll try to do 3x5xBW next week
and as far as dips go i might just go to bar dips next week...
great workout again can't wait to hit my bench PR wednesday

so today was a day of PRs for me at the gym, hit one on every lift!!

Squats- 3x5x165 PR
Bench- 3x5x135 PR
Rows- 3x5x115 PR
Curls- 2x8x57.5 PR

now it's time to eat everything in sight to make sure those lifts go up by next workout
