Default Workout B 11/27/09

great day today everything went well, i decided f*** the assisted pull up machine so i did as many as i could on a real bar, hoping to get one more rep next week...

Deadlift- 3x5x185 PR
Military Press- 3x5x100 PR
Pull-ups- 3x6xBW PR
Bench Dips- 2x8x35

So my previous deadlift PR was 1x4x185 so i crapped on that so hopefully next week i'll hit 3x5x195
military press is going strong going for 105 next week
like i said before i'm hoping to add reps to my pull ups...
and for bench dips i'll use a 45 lb plate next workout

Yeah, for most of them it seems they should come in the next week or two, if everything works out.
