The overhead press was the first exercise I've failed on since I started bumping my lifts 5lbs per week. Last week I got 3 reps (but I think really using my legs a lot to get help), today I got 2 reps without cheating with my legs. I'll prob reset myself on that lift and try to build up again.

Sounds like a good plan. Also, I've found that presses really like a bit of volume, so keep doing the backoff sets to add a little bit more work. Reps build strength, so don't be afraid to go a little crazy with them, maybe a couple of sets of high reps (15-20 reps).

Bent over row - failed twice on trying to get to 5 reps at 135, so I backed off this week and increased the volume at the end doing 5 sets pf 8 reps at about 55% 1RM

Had to go to a meeting for work so that was it.

Thanks for the advise, I will definitely be looking to do this on my rows and presses.
