Thanks guys!

Today was the last day I plan on lifting before the meet this weekend. Had a training partner today so I decided I wanted to hit my squat opener because I felt I had to be 100% confident with it.

Squats
Warmed up then hit 275 super easy and super low.

Did some minor calf work and that was it.

Rest of the week will be some light cardio, stretching and foam rolling.

Had my meet today and it was a great experience. Met lots of cool people and had some guys from my gym there to help me prepare and know what to expect.

Squat:
255 good
285 good
305 miss - I set myself up poorly on the monolift and it kind of screwed me up

Bench:
235 good
245 hitch
245 good

Deadlift:
355 good and easy
No 2nd or 3rd attempt - told my wife I'd pick up my daughter from a bday party and had to hold that commitment.

Total - 885, good enough for first in my division. If I did my 2nd pull attempt I'm sure I would've broke 900 which was my target going in.

I'm happy overall, just lifting in the meet environment will prepare me for next time. I really know what people mean when they say meet PR's are greater than gym PR's, it is mentally tougher to do those lifts on different equipment, in a different environment, in front of a crowd and judges who are checking your lifts for imperfections.
