Light Bench Day - just wanted to work on form and being explosive out of the bottom. All done with 1 sec pause at the bottom.

3x205

All easy so I still superetted with chins: 5 sets of 10

DB Curls: 3x8x30
Dips: 3xBWx10
Pulldown: 3x8x150

Next week I'm going to hit my planned meet lifts, the week after I'm in recovery mode. Going for 300 on squat Monday because I know I can.

I think I can improve the depth next time, it did not feel as heavy as I anticipated so my confidence will be there.
