Took a week while I was on vacation in Key West with the family. Was thinking about working out down there but the gym they had wasn't anything interesting to me and didn't have a lot of things I wanted. I decided just to let the body rest and do some swimming and enjoy my time with the kids.

First workout I did since I came back and I was looking to match the totals I had done before. Went very well and felt good.

I felt really good on the bench and row. My squats not so much, but I am chalking that up to myself reading a lot about squat form when I was on vacation after kids went to sleep. I was thinking a lot about keeping my head down and lifting and hip drive while I was lifting/ Lifting and thinking are hard at the same time I guess.

Those are some nice numbers. I feel you when you say that you read about squat form then it got in your head a little bit, but it will help in the long run. I used to jack my knee up until I started reading about form and dropping the weights.
