Short and sweet today, had to workout mid afternoon instead of mid morning. Eating was off as well since my work has been extremly busy today. Weights felt big but I mentally got myself through the 10 rep set and that is what counts to me. Success.

Great effort! 10 on the 5 week is money. Cool to see others doing first set last as well. I keep deads to sets of 5 on these as well.
