In between the back off sets I did 5 sets of 7 reps of chins.

Barbell Row
5x7x115

Almost got that 4th rep on the 235 for the bench, half way up and got a little help from the spotter. All good, get it next time, I've been fighting that 4th rep on 235 for awhile... it's in my sights.

First Set Last: 3x5x195 - Legs were about burned up during these.

Seated Leg Curl - 3x10x140

Lower back & Abs - 3 rotations
10 x weighted hypers w/ 25
10 x weighted decline sit up
10 x hanging leg raises
20 x sidebends w/ 40s

Probably the best squat day I've ever hard. 275 felt pretty easy, I know now I can push more. I unracked 275 last time and didn't like how it felt so I just put it back on, then one of the regular's came by and told me that the reason I go to the gym there is to have people spot me and if I'm unsure just speak up, plus there are safety bars so if your stuck just let it roll off your back and all is good. Was good to hear that, pushed any worry of failure out of my mind and had a great day.

Sounds like there is a powerlifting meet about 1 hour from me in October, I have decided to attend. Being a powerlifter was never a goal of mine, but I think it would be a good experience.

And hey, your first powerlifting meet eh? That's awesome, mate.

I suggest getting some advice from one of the many powerlifting guys here, on how to prep for that. But either way, I'm quite sure you'll do well.

Definitly, and I feel a huge difference when I'm 100% mentally sure I can do it.
