3x285 - Rough set, somehow my belt pinched me after the 2nd rep and I ended up almost dropping it. Did another rep and it pinched harder so I got pissed off and put it down. Did 9x270 last week so this was a bummer. I knew I could do more but it didn't work out. Huge let down, moving on.

Ah crap. I'm also getting used to wearing a [lifting] belt (well, assuming you are too). Can be a bit weird for deadlifts, for sure. Still, you got 3, which in this case is triple the minimum of course. I know, it's not what you wanted, but still, good work.

And lots of extra stuff to further dem gains. Can't lose that way.

Thanks Dray, usually it doesn't bother me but it slipped somehow and what a bitch that was.

If it happens again, set the weight down and adjust the belt, then pick the weight back up and rock on. I've had to do that before when my belt was pinching me while doing squats. Just put a mark in your log about having to re-set the bar. It's all good.
