Nice work Jio! When do you think you'll be back squatting ?

Getting good work done, which is what matters. Good stuff, Jio.

Really have no idea, sadly. It's not really improving to the point where I feel comfortable doing anything. I always try it out during the week by doing bodyweight squats at home... and there is always pain. Really unfortunate and probably going to keep me from competing in October.

Bummer. I (as of very recently) kinda know what this is like, but maybe not quite. I'll see...

So, no idea how long it'll take to heal, in general?

Honestly, if I don't squat all of September I wouldn't be surprised. It has really made no progress at all in the last 3 weeks.

Chest/Triceps

Paused Bench: 4x8x225 probably a PR cause I don't remember ever doing it before.
Inc DB Press: 15,12,11 x 55
CGBP: 4x10x135
Skullcrushers: 13,11,9x60
Dips: few sets just as a finisher, definitely too late in the workout for these.

Not really running a program right now, thought I'd experiment with some different exercises and reps in my assistance. Hated doing the 10+ sets, I'd rather do a 4x10. So I think I'll go back to that. Also I was disappointed I ended up doing more tricep work than chest, so I'm going to need a good chest builder in there.
