Not sure, came out of the hole on squats a few weeks ago and felt something weird in my hip area. Didn't hurt till the next day. If I pick my leg up forward feels OK, if I pick it up to the side or rotate it out I feel something. Definitely a muscle pain. It's getting better so I'll just have to live with working around it for at least a few more weeks.

8/13 - Felt like doing something today so did some cardio:

4 trips Farmer Walks w/ 180lbs around 50ft
4 sets of sidebends with 45s
4 sets of hanging leg raises

8/14 BACK

Deadlifts: 2,3,3x365 - No pain here, felt good. Haven't done it in 4 weeks so stopped there.
Pulls Ups 4x8xBW
BB Rows 4x10x165
Shrugs 4x10x315
VBar Pulldowns 4x10x130

Hey thanks everyone!

Had a friend come visit my gym today. He is getting started learning the compounds and wanted some help, so I wasn't able to fit in my normal workout but it was OK. I treated this week mostly like a rep/deload week anyways.
