Is a leg day without squatting... a leg day worth having?

Feeling better, I'm on vacation Thurs-Sunday but think I'll be good to go next Monday. Definitely not there yet though.

Leg Extensions: 100x12,15,15,15 then dropped to 80x10 after the last set
DB SLDL: 4x10x75
Leg Curls: 4x10x90
Seated Calf: 4x10x135
Hypers: 4x20

Just wasn't fun or rewarding... so I think I'll bench heavy tomorrow.

Of course it is! Sucks that squats weren't possible (yet), but it definitely is better to do what you can, than to do nothing. Got some solid leg work done there, Jio.

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

W16D2 Chest

I was supposed to do some heavy doubles... but I decided to just work up to a 1RM because I was all bent out of shape about my hip hurting.

Bench: 3x255, 1x275, 1x295 PR, 1x305 PR - loose and crappy, 1x305 - much better, vid below
Paused: 3x5x225
Incline DB Press: 4x10x60

I feel better now.
