A slight rounding there, but not too bad at all Jio. I thought I noticed your butt rise first, which may have caused that - other than that just work on getting tighter.

Very SOLID pulling day...similiar to what I do...except for the weight amounts of course!!

Thanks! Keen eye, I did feel like I was floating over the bar more than usual today, usually its my foot placement that does that, but it was probably what you mentioned.

W15D1 Legs

Last week on my last set I thought I felt an adductor strain, was feeling it when I tried to sit up or do hip circles. Continued through week and thought I would just take the bar on squats today and go from there. Took the bar, hurt when I got into the hole and came up so decided squats will need to wait.

Leg Extensions (leg press hurt too, so went to extensions) 4x10x120
DB SLDL 4x10x75
Leg Curls: 4x10x90
Seated Calf Raise: 4x10x135

Give it a few days and see how I feel.
