Shrugs: 4x10x315

Everything felt pretty good. 5th set was a little hard on the deadlift but I think that's to be expected.

Indeed. 5 sets of DL tends to be like that. Looks like a great session Jio... but the vid is no go.

Squats: 5x3x325 PR in all sort of ways

Did squats with the group tonight. Went very well and form checks were all good. Was happy to squat with them but it takes so long to get the squats done that I didn't have time for accessory stuff, so will add in a day to pound that out later this week.
