2" blocks, maybe 3"... can't remember what they are now.

Weather was nice all weekend, so I decided to do some sprints on Saturday. Did 10 70yard sprints and my quads were alittle beat up going into leg day today so I decided to just bang out some reps on squats and knock weights down a little. All the assistance was up from last session.

BTB W6D4 Legs

Squats: 4x8x225
Leg Press: 315x12,10,10,10,10 (52/60)
DB DL: 60x10,10,8,8,8 (44/50)
Leg Curl: 90x10,10,8,8,5 (41/50)
Seated Calf: 100x12,12,12,12,12 (60/60)

Nice dude. Love sprints for cardio. I really like to do hiit the day after leg day. Some say it impairs recovery but for me it gives tons of blood flow and quickens my recovery.
