This week marks the 2nd year of my gym membership at the current facility I head to. It happens to be a power lifting gym that I just joined because it was close to work. Best decision I ever made, after going religiously for a few months the guys started to get to know me better and eventually sat down, asked me what my goals were and hit me with the best advice I ever received. "Put the dumbbells down, pick the barbell up"
Anyways, I only go for a 1 rep max one time a year, and I do it on the anniversary of my gym membership date as a way to see progress.

Stats -

*5/17/11
H: 5'-7"
W: 142lbs, BF% - ~10%
Bench 1RM: 155
Squat 1RM: 165
Deadlift 1RM: NA, didn't do it at this time

---> Received barbell advice and started to eat more

*5/15/12
H: 5'-7"
W: 158lbs, BF% - ~15-18%
Bench 1RM: 185
Squat 1RM: 205
Deadlift 1RM: 250

---> started 5x5 training, ate more, slept more

*5/13/13
H: 5'-7"
W: 175lbs, BF% - ~18-20%
Bench 1RM: 265
Squat 1RM: 275
Deadlift 1RM: Will do this Wednesday

Very happy overall. Bench felt good and feels like it's progressing nicely. Squat is progressing nicely as well, but honestly I thought it'd be way ahead of my bench at this point.

Went for a few deadlift PR's today:

Deadlift
5x135
5x155
5x195
5x225
5x265
5x310 PR
1x335

5 sets of hanging leg raises
5 sets of dips

My goal for 2013 was to get a combined 1RM of 900lbs.
As of total I have the following:
Bench: 265
Squat: 275
Deadlift: 335
Total: 875
