Thanks, guys. Speed on the squats was pretty good IMO. Getting good at throwing my head back and coming out of the bottom hard.

We got a new cover for the bench, the old one was slippery as hell but today I was definitely off balance. Never had a problem with the bar moving so much on me. I got done what I came to do anyways, pounded out some fast rows and went on my way.

I think it did, it was more squishy than the hard surface we had before so I think I rocked the bar a few times when settling my shoulders back. Plus side is that it has way more traction on it so I never slide around, which I uses to do after 3-4 reps and driving my heels down.

Thanks, hopefully hit me 285 this week with no issue to set up a 300 in a few weeks. You are really good at deadlifting... stop doing deficits at my max

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Supposed to be a squat day but I was up all night with kid puking. Felt like I'd be able to put forth a better effort doing speed pulls. Went well. Squats up Wed.
