Interesting workout for me. This was the first time I've failed on a lift since I started doing the Madcow program. It was obviously bound to happen, so right now I'm deciding whether to reset the program or try out something similar like Wendler's 5/3/1, which I've been reading up on lately.

Good point. I went and bumped my calories form 3,000 to 3,300. I've weighed the same for the last month so it's time for a bump.
