Today's George Peppard fact On the set of the A Team, Dwight Schultz would get a bit carried away with his role as Howing Mad Murdoch. He would act the loon and play practical jokes on cameramen, directors and other cast members. But not George. George said that if Schultz pulled any of that s**t near him, he would stub his cigar out in Schutz's eye.

Sunday

A tiring day yesterday helping someone to move house. Washing machines, freezers, sofas etc. Needed to protect my back and elbow a little. Tried some light squats for the first time in months - I could hardly get my elbows back on the first set.

Thursday Suffering with a poorly knee - can't think why. But I can't squat in any form at the moment. Not much strength today - couldn't get as many reps as I wanted with the 36s on DB press. Quite pleased with the 15 repper though.
