Today's George Peppard fact

Thanks for asking. I think it's a rotator cuff, but I haven't had it checked out. There's pain in the back of the shoulder whenever I do any pressing motions. Any sort of external rotation is painful. It's getting stronger - a few weeks ago I couldn't do any sort of horizontal pressing.

Friday I'm still only getting in to the gym twice a week, but the shoulder seems to be healing. Today I managed the 42s on DB bench press, which is 8kg up from last week. Front squats aren't being done with enough volume and frequency to improve - I was going to try for 140 X 3 today but didn't have it in me.
