Great work Tann! Hope things are going well for you.

I was disappointed Shaw won WSM. I was hoping Big Z would get one more win before he retires which I suspect will be very soon. I don't see Shaw being beat anytime soon either. Anyone even close to him are all nearing the end of their careers or are older in age, or in the case of Jenkins, tragically deceased.

Double overhand stiff-legged deadlifts

The weight may not seem much, but this is actually quite good for me with double overhand. It's no difficulty for my lower back, but my foreaems were on fire.

DB laterals

Just a bit of light shoulder work to try to stop my delts from disappearing too much

So: several weeks break from training and a longer period of training only once a week. I had a couple of bouts of illness, but it was more to do with pressure of work.

This pressure is soon to disappear, as I'll be redundant from the end of August. Plenty of time to train, though on the minus side I will be eating cardboard and breaking up the furniture for fuel.

Anyway, today was purely greasing the rusty old wheels. Poundages in the girl scout range, but not too bothered at the moment. I'm only recording them as a benchmark. Did quite a few sets of DB presses to check shoulder health.
