Nice work in here. Some of my wife's family roots are in Sicily as some settled there having sailed from Cataluña on their way to Naples. Hope to visit there soon. The pictures I have seen look stunning. Enjoy.

Today's George Peppard fact: Many of you have asked me about the friction between George and radio-friendly rockers REO Speedwagon. Well, George's biographers have perhaps overemphasised the conflict, but it is true that he got into a scuffle with the band in 1982. On stage in Topeka, George set fire to Kevin Cronin's leg and stuffed Neil Doughty's head into a snare drum. But in 1984 they signed an armistice, and in fact George toured with them briefly in the late 1980s, playing a Fretless Pineapple.

Wednesday

A very pleasant training session, with absolutely no powerlifting movements in sight. I thnink I'm being drawn over to the dark side. I tried some flyes (haven't done these for years) and more lat pulldowns.

Today, Pantera was on the stereo - a rare change from bloody hip-hop and rap. At first, I cheered, but after about 20 minutes, I'd had enough, and 20 minutes after that, I wanted to cut my ears off. Every track has exactly the same guitar sound and throat-cancer shouty singing on it.

Today's george Peppard fact: Due to an administrative error, George was told that he had got the part of B.A. Baracus in the A Team. he spent six months practising lines such as 'I pity the fool!' and 'I ain't going up in no plane!' On the first day of shooting, there was embarrassment and confusion when two B.A. Baracuses showed up - one black, one white.
