Wednesday

Excellent! About three years ago, I managed 227.5 (500) X 5 on deadlifts. I've not been able to get back to there since...until tonight. I wasn't planning on it, but it's been really hard going at work and I was hoping to cheer myself up

However, I wasn't fit to do any sort of leg or back work afterwards, so just did some chins.

Deadlifts

Medium grip pull ups

Bodyweight X 5

Excellent day for overhead press progress.

Bench Press

Trying to build up volume on these, but I'm quite bad at it. I seem to have a maximum of three good sets in me.

Sunday

One step forward, one step back. I fell over during the week and hurt my neck, knee and elbow. I couldn't deadlift during the week because of this, so did some today.

I did something to my lower back during the session and had to stop. Whether it's connected with my fall I don't know. Anyway, front squats were OK, so that's something.
