Saw the db skulls were hurting elbows. I actually do those because they dont hurt my elbows haha. Funny how each person can be so different! Rather than the JM press sub them for some sort of tri isolation movement. Band push downs, any push down for that matter. The JM is really close to the Kaz press.

DB ext hurt my elbows at first, but it went away. After that, they just hurt my ego.
