ITs time for a fresh start and as I believe you must change everything to make a new you. This routine was giving to me by my mentor, that he used for many years to lift in the 70-80's.
Routine Break Down
Monday: Light Leg Work
Tuesday: MMA training(Cardio)
Wednesday: Bench 5x5-Tricep/Upper Back
Friday: Squat/Dead lift 5x5
Sunday: Bench/Shoulder 5x5-Biceps/Lats
After each work out i might rant on stuff such as how training felt and what time I woke up and ate!!
Dead Lift: 501
Dead Lift: 485
Shoulder Press: 205
