Some strong squatting even if you did cut it a little high. Just FYI, if you ever wanted to try anything from Purus, we are carried by Predator Nutrition these days, which is in the UK.

I think it's definitely a good sign when the heavier squat (245) looks better and deeper than the lighter one (230) Training is training.
