How does your tightness feel right now? Saw you moving around quite a bit, so it was hard to tell.

Yeah that's from the awful hand off. Notice one side guy letting go before the other

I feel fine when I can get the bar into position.

Quick pump up and recovery session after work

Face pulls 4 sets of 25
Bicep curls 3 sets of 20
Tricep pushdowns 3 sets of 25-30 I lost count

Just getting some blood flowing and pumping up the guns for summer

Wow - looks like all the raw work was a great decision and really impressive 3PPS raw bench Al. Will you be slowly using gear more and more now?

Thanks Jim. The meet is just over 6 weeks away so I will be spending a fair amount of time in gear now. Squats and bench only though. Until I have my form improved, I will be deadlifting raw only.

Sunday is equipped squat in the suit (straps down) and knee wraps. This will be followed by raw bench reps. Hopefully the hip will co-operate

Nope. Don't do cardio
