Hope you recover enough to smash more weights. I know the heavy lifting and the heat has me feeling wiped out for a couple of days after my sessions.

Lots of squats tonight. Briefs are still too tight to get lower than a high box so stayed there and worked up. Ran out of time for assistance but as I have to bench tomorrow night, that's no bad thing. Good fun.
