Nice benching, man. Ever try some real light band pushdowns and band curls for the elbows? Helped one of my training partners a bit.

Strong session today. Pulled raw and I think that helped me get into a better start position. The 185 is the smoothest that it's been for a long time. Still plenty of work to do but I'm making progress I think.

Did all of this pretty quickly as I went to watch a meet straight after and I'm glad I did: so inspirational! I saw a 24 year old squat 420kgs and a 310kgs bench in a single ply Katana @ 110kgs. Awesome. I also met the crew that I will be lifting with once or twice a month soon. They seem a great bunch and I can't wait to get started.

Those deadlifts looked pretty good to me! Certainly miles better than last time. Onward and upward.

A 24 year old squat 925 lbs! Holy shit! They just keep making them stronger and stronger.

Those pulls have to be some of the finest you have ever done Al! It's easy to tell you have applied all the advice given to you. Legs looking jacked as well. Excellent work, and I'm glad to hear you have a great first impression of the new crew. Rows were not too shabby either - always a treat to see you hit double digits in reppage!

Thanks Mike. Elbows will be fine with a few weeks off straight bar squats. Looking forward to joining the crew.

I have never felt so small than at that meet. Absolute monsters there.

I was pleased with form yesterday. Hope it continues as the weights increase.
