Thanks Tom.

Just realised that I am heading to Bodypower Expo this Sunday so will have to fit three sessions into 2 this week. Or I may just "deload" my squat and miss the session...

On a lighter note I realised today that I have squatted with a straight bar and heavy for 3 weeks alongside 3 weeks of shirt work and my elbows don't feel like they're falling off. Winning!

Thanks guys. Deadlifting tonight and I have washed my suit. Could be great or it could be stomach crushing, eye popping, too tight and awful. Fingers crossed for the former

Decent session. I washed the suit and it made getting down to the bar very hard. Not impossible but hard to find a good spot. Next week I will suit up again and hit multiple singles at 210kgs or so to break it in some more.

Assistance wasn't too taxing again as I felt ready to sleep after deadlifts. Here's the video:
