Very pleased with today. Hip felt better on the raw sets and I managed 20kgs higher than Thursday. Struggled unracking the bar as the adjustable rack is broken and the gym is waiting for the new one to be built. Lucky Hammertime Hawkins was there to help. Both the sets on the video moved very easily. Pleased with the little dip but need to really drive my traps back into the bar as I come out of the hole. Going to keep taking it slowly but on the basis of how easy that 215 was with straps down, I'm good for a decent PB on the platform in 6 weeks. Tried a slightly different wrap style today where I overlap and I liked it. Need to see if I can do it with my thicker wraps though...

Bench was good. Back was a bit stiff from squats and triceps are painful to touch after the shirt work but the paused reps were very strong. Paused the last rep of each set for 3 seconds and was still explosive. Really wanted 100x20 but just couldn't lockout the last rep.

Adductor isn't immediately painful but will continue with ibuprofen and rehab to make sure it's as close to 100% as I can get it come meet time.
