Thanks guys. Jim Biofreeze is a liniment used to warm up the muscles. I will be switching back to deep heat moving forward though as it's stronger.

Nationals Week 4 - Squat

Deep heat to hips, glutes and lats

70kg x 5

Add belt

Add Super Boss brief
210kg x 3

Add Super Centurion suit bottom
250kg x 3
Add wraps
270kg x 3
285kg/627lb x 3 PB

Goblet squats

Single leg GM

Was supposed to do raw pause squats after the equipped work but had to sit down to recover after last set and seeing stars so ran out of time. Squats went really well. Was hard work getting the suit over the briefs but once it was on the combo felt great. The later reps on both of the top sets were pretty damned close to being in just got to get used to the pressure and sink them a bit more. For this far out from the meet, to triple a weight just 5kg under my last meet PB is pretty damned good. Will post video tomorrow.

Super great squats Big Al. I also like how you keep us aware of your progression - we all know it's there but to put it in perspective, like tripling so close to your last official PR, is neat. All I can think of right now is how damn happy and proud I am of you, and to be your friend.
