Raw Block Week 6 - Bench Press

Bench Press
60kg x 8
80kg x 8
100kg x 5
117.5kg x 5
130kg x 5

Incline dumbell bench
36kg x 10
40kg x 10, 12

Tricep band pushdowns
100 reps in 3 sets

Supersetted with Hammer curls
20kg x 15, 15, 10

Trained early tonight and came straight from work without enough food. Felt a bit ropey but weights felt light and easy. Got everything done in less than an hour and then headed home. Finally down to triples next week and I'm excited. I don't like reps

Thanks goodness we don't do reps at meets eh? I'm with you for sure, but the reps seem to be a necessary evil.

Good work - glad everything felt easy as Sunday morning! That must be a good sign.

Thanks Jim. Easy is good now but I need to tighten this up before I get back in a shirt. It'll make a real difference I think.
