Bummed to hear about the sick and sleep issues Al. Not a good idea I reckon to train when body is already run down, but you'll be back up to speed when its time for some therapeutic squats!

What is the lifting prognosis?

It's ok. Will hopefully get a session in on Thursday night but may have to skip and go straight to bench on Sunday as I also have our work Xmas party on Friday.
