Thanks guys. Talking to the coaches over the weekend and it looks like I'm opening at 200kgs. I know I can press it, just need to get it to my chest

Squats tonight and will be doing more high rep stuff. No bueno.

Squats

Light foam roll and stretch (been doing a lot of this on rest days so didn't need too much)

Squats
60kgs x 10
85kgs x 10
110kgs x 10, 10, 10
3 count pause on last rep of every set

Kettlebell goblet squats
24kgs x 15, 15, 15

Leg curls
50, 50

Standing ab crunches
25, 25

Still working mobility and reps. Less than 2 weeks out from meet now so nothing heavy. Still lifted more reps and with pauses this week but was almost sick at the end.

Back in on Thursday for last heavy deadlifts.

Indeed, I meant high reps is torturous. 10 reps with a bonus pause on the last one is downright nasty tho!

Excited at the approaching meet! Jelly as well - none in Canada in Winter as we all Hibernate.
