Very glad to finally be into the house after all of the problems we had. Somehow it makes it even better now we're done though

I will bench equipped and pull raw in December and am looking at hitting over 200kgs bench with anything over a 220kgs sumo pull.

I am in the beautiful English countryside. I get mobile reception outside my house on the drive but not inside Internet will be up and running from Monday.

Squats tonight. Just waiting on JB to confirm what I'm doing although I don't have high expectations as I am sore as hell from running half a mile to not miss the train yesterday. 225lbs of powerlifter should not have to move that quickly!

I agree - how about getting rollerblades? Usually when expectations are low we somehow manage to crank out a surprisingly strong session.

Squats

Foam roll and stretch

High bar, narrow stance squats with oly shoes
Bar x 10
40kgs x 10
60kgs x 10
80kgs x 10
100kgs x 10, 10, 10

Kettlebell goblet squats
24kgs x 15, 15, 16

Tried leg press but couldn't do it with stiff Achilles after running for the damned train.

Sled drags
Backwards 40kgs for 2 trips there and back

I was beat up from moving house and stuff so JB had me do some high rep, mobility style stuff to get blood flowing. I'm 3 weeks out now and with no squat in the meet, this works well. Quad pump was fierce though.

Back in on Thursday for deadlift and then benching with the crew in Windsor on Saturday. Look who trained with them last weekend:
