It all felt ok just lacking explosiveness. Probably a good thing. Most of last week had a touch too much explosiveness

Thanks but this session last time I got a 210 squat with 180 back offs and I got a lot more reps on the bench as well. It will come back quickly though.

Well, I guess if your going to have a problem or condition it is best to have one that only flares up while doing nothing than while squatting. Really impressively strong work Al that will no doubt pay off oncee you get back into gear.

It's really not that strong at the moment and definitely not yesterday. I'll be a lot happier with an extra plate per side on each of those lifts.

I have always thought of any squat 405 and above as being strong, but I hear ya Al. You most definitely have that competitive fire and spirit in you.
