That's great ... Squat already done, Bench is about to fall in a month maximum ... Deadlift will move w/o any doubt ... just require some patience. In the mean time try to add some more numbers to your squat and bench so that it can ease off some pressure from DLs ... keep up the great work buddy ...

Deload Squats

Stretch and roll for longer than normal

Cambered bar squats
Bar x lots x 2
60kgs x 5
80kgs x 5
100kgs x 3
Add belt
120kgs (265lbs) 3 x 3 Pause last rep

Goblet squats
34kgs (75lbs) 3 x 10

Backwards sled drags
Total weight 50kgs (110lbs) 3 trips down and back

(Last two exercises were done supersetted with no real rest inbetween sets. Straight back and forth)

Deload Schmeload but it was a good call; I felt like refried dog crap and it took me forever to get warmed up. Once I had the weights moved fast and form was good. Concentrated on arching hard and really firing out of the hole.Assistance was a new combo and gave a huge quad pump.

Got a couple more weeks of this type of training. We are moving house probably second week of October so I can't be a walking zombie after geared training. Once we're in, I'll be straight back into gear and peaking for the push/pull in December.
