Awesome session. 190s were good for a gym PB and 7.5kgs over my meet best. The crew is going to Worlds next week and are all looking ready for war. I learned loads and have plenty to work on for December. Good news is that the strength is there. I just need to improve technique to display it. Now to load up on Ark3 and ice the crap out of my forearms.
