looks the business - pictures once its all up and running of course...
perhaps creat a thread for the whole build - in stages , from when the cabin is started to when you have your first lift!

Foam roll and stretch

Sumo pulls
60kgs x 5, 5

Speed Pulls off plates

90seconds rest

Circuit of death

Underhand Pulldowns 90kgs 3 x 8

Arched GMs with cambered bar 80kgs 3 x 8

Great session tonight. Did it all beltless which was pleasing. Form felt good as well. Working on getting the knees out of the way and the speed pulls are helping there. One thing I will say about the circuit assistance; choose your pre-training meal carefully because you will probably taste it again!
